Michael's practice includes Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Re-Organization and Chapter 7 Liquidation, general business counseling with an emphasis on strategy and formation, as well as Estate Planning and Trust Administration. In addition, Michael also has experience in real estate acquisitions, contract review, and closings. Michael is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Michael is a 2007 graduate of Miami University and earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Dayton School of law. He graduated from Saint Xavier High School in 2003.
